Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stocked Labs (“Stocked Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit stockedlabs.com (the “Website”), contact us, join a waitlist, or use our WordPress plugins, including PromptStocked for WooCommerce (the “Plugins”). Stocked Labs is the brand of an independent software developer based in Ukraine. For any privacy question, write to support@stockedlabs.com.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Stocked Labs is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@stockedlabs.com. We do not have a representative in the EU or UK; you can contact us directly by email.

2. The Plugins run on your own website

Our Plugins are installed on your WordPress site and run on your server. They read your WooCommerce product data to check readiness and build product feeds. This data stays on your server.

• The free Plugins do not send your product, order or customer data to us.
• The free Plugins do not include usage tracking or analytics.
• When you choose to send a product feed to a third party (for example, OpenAI, Microsoft or Perplexity), the feed goes directly from your server to that party, using the details you enter. That party processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Paid add-ons, once available, may connect to our licensing provider to check your license and deliver updates. We will describe exactly what is sent before you activate a license.

If you use our Plugins on your store, you are the controller of your own customers’ data. Our Plugins do not process your customers’ personal data.

3. Data we collect on the Website

• Contact and waitlist forms. Your email address and, if you provide them, your store URL and message. We use them to reply to you and, if you asked, to tell you when a product launches.
• Emails you send us. Your email address, the content of your message and any attachments.
• Technical data. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider and network provider automatically process your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the Website and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on the Website.

4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To answer your questions and provide support: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps taken at your request before a contract.
• To send you a launch notice you asked for: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To keep the Website secure and working: our legitimate interest.
• To comply with legal obligations, if any apply.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Website, and only as needed:

• Hosting: a virtual server provider in the Netherlands (EU), where the Website and form submissions are stored.
• Network and security: Cloudflare, which delivers the Website and protects it from attacks.
• Email: the email provider we use to receive and answer your messages.
• Payments (when paid products launch): a reseller acting as merchant of record will process your order and payment. We will name it on this page before any sale.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, they use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

• Support messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
• Waitlist entries: until the product launches and we send the notice, or until you ask us to remove you.
• Server logs: kept by our providers for a short period, usually up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, write to support@stockedlabs.com. We will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

The Website uses HTTPS. Access to the server and admin area is limited and protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children

Our products are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will mention it on this page.
